OSE in Africa — The Observatory
The observatory I built — visible, connected, actionable ecosystems, with science.
I designed and built the OSE platforms end-to-end (data ingestion, network algorithms, predictive scoring, cybersecurity, dashboards). 60,695 actors qualified across 117 countries, 904,413 network observations in 30. Three products: OSE Expert (B2G/B2B decision intelligence, expert.ose.africa/dashboard), OSE Connect (entrepreneur platform, connect.ose.africa/dashboard), OSE Reports (country & custom diagnostics), plus an internal news-monitoring desk (admin.ose.africa/dashboard/veille). Scientific Council: Audretsch, Sarasvathy, Stam, Messeghem, Foliard. Trusted by MoCIT Qatar, HEC Paris Doha, IAE France, UNECA, AfDB.
ADALIA Institute — The Academy
L'Académie d'OSE in Africa — training the builders of entrepreneurial ecosystems.
Founded 2014 in Casablanca, refounded as the academy of the Observatory: 100% online, four programme levels (short modules → executive programme → certification & labels → research partnerships). Curriculum anchored on the OSE 5-layer framework. Open to the whole African continent. ADALIA delivers certificates and labels — not state diplomas — but its value is the scientific framework it teaches.
OSE in France — Observatory initiative with IAE France
Lead coordinator on an observatory initiative with the IAE France network.
Designed and launched the observatory: concept note, budgeting, stakeholder alignment, communication, supervised and contributed to research production.
EERS — Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Research School
The travelling international research school I co-founded — and whose platform I built.
Co-founded in Utrecht 2022 with Stam, Bosma, Chabaud and Theodoraki, in an online break-out room during Covid-19. I also designed and shipped the platform behind it (eers.adalia.ac.ma/about — submission portal, review workflow, editions). 7 editions across Europe and Africa — Utrecht 2022, Casablanca 2022, Paris 2023, Stuttgart 2024, Bilbao 2025, Lyon 2025, Milano 2026. 340+ papers reviewed, 28 countries represented. Permanent board member.
NOESIS LexLab
EdTech platform for legal education — designed, built and shipped by me.
E-commerce platform for legal training. Courses, RFC-3161 timestamped certificates, CMS-driven session catalogue. Launched 2026 in partnership with NOESIS and ADALIA.
INNODAYS — International Conference for Innovation & Entrepreneurship in Africa
Six editions in Casablanca (2016-2022), 70+ international speakers.
Created in 2016, supported by the Moroccan Ministry of Industry (Egide). Yearly gathering of academics and practitioners on innovation and entrepreneurship in Africa.
